2022-2023 School Year Latchkey Enrollment

At this time, only Stone Creek Latchkey site has a waiting list for care.  All other sites have limited openings based on age and type of care. Please contact your Latchkey office for more details.
If you would like to enroll, or add your child’s name to the waiting list, please complete the following steps and we will notify families as soon as openings become available. 

1. GOOGLE FORM: Complete and submit the online Google form. HERE to add your child’s name to the waiting list. 
2. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Pick up required forms at your designated Latchkey office beginning Monday, August 22 between the hours of 6:00-8:00 am and 3:00-6:00 pm
3. PAYMENT: Because this is a waiting list enrollment only, a $10 registration fee per child is due to hold your spot on the waiting list. This must be made in person via credit or debit card, check or money order. In addition, any outstanding balances must be paid in order to complete enrollment.

Enrollment for the waiting list is online only and is on a first come, first serve basis.  Waitlist order will be taken based on the time stamp on the online Google Form and completion of the above steps.  Once you’ve received notification that you are no longer on the waiting list, payment for the first two weeks of care is due up front.

Mornings Only (Monday-Friday): $20
Afternoons Only (Monday-Friday): $30
Mornings & Afternoons (Monday-Friday): $45
Monday Mornings Only: $10

Weekly fees are prorated ONLY for days when Latchkey care is not available. 

Once enrolled, charges for care will be posted to your account for the upcoming month.  Please make sure payments for care are made at least one week prior to services rendered. Latchkey reserves the right to refuse service to families whose accounts are delinquent.
