Configuring MacOS to Use the ClickShare buttons:
1. Plug in the ClickShare button to your laptop (use on of the USB--to--USB-C adapters if needed)
2. The ClickShare app will appear as a Disk on your desktop; double-click the disk.

3. Click the white circle in the center of the window that appears.

4. Click 'OK, got it' in the pop-up that appears in the lower right corner of the screen.

5. Click the white circle in the next pop-up that appears in the lower right corner of the screen.

6. Click the 'Open System Preferences' button in the window that appears.

7. In the 'Privacy & Security' window that appears, 'Screen Recording' should be highlighted as shown below, ensure that the checkbox next to "ClickShare App" is checked.

8. When the 'ClickShare_for_MacOSX' notification is displayed, click 'Quit Now'. (NOTE: You may want to unplug and re-plug in the ClickShare Button here)

9. You may be asked again to install the 'ClickShare' App; it is not necessary, please click 'View room display' instead.
10. When you see the 'Ready to share to Room ###', click the white circle in the bottom right corner of that box.

11. That should start the sharing of your screen to the TV.
12. In order to setup your laptop to always do this by default, the Extension Pack must be installed, to do this, click on the 'Download Extension Pack' icon.

13. When your browser opens the website, click on the 'Download Extension Pack' button.

14. On the next screen, click on the 'Download Now!' button

15. Run/Install the extension pack on your laptop to complete setup.
16. Going forward, you should only have to plug in the button, wait for the light right to turn a solid white color, then press the button to cast.
