Salary Info

Salary Schedules:
• 2016-17 Certified Master Contract, Salary Schedules are on pages 8-9 and 18 of the Master Contract.
• Classified salary matrices vary by position. See the 2016-17 Classified Handbook to see the various classified salary matrices. 

Benefits:
• See our Payroll & Benefits website for access to our annual benefit guide, which includes information regarding insurance plans, supplemental insurances, flex spending accounts, life insurance, etc.  A summary of benefits is listed below...

Certified Employees receive:
• A district contribution towards several medical insurance plan options
• A $10,000 group term life and accidental death insurance, with options to increase coverage
• Voluntary Dependent Care and Medical Flex Spending Accounts
• An annual contribution by the district to a "tax sheltered" annuity plan on the behalf of each qualifying professional educator (see the Master Contract Handbook)
• A single Platinum Derby Recreation Center membership for the employee only.  Family members can be added for an additional fee.
• Stipends of $850 per person will be paid on a prorated bases to professional educators who are assigned to school wide Title I schools.
• See the Benefits Booklet available through the Payroll & Benefits website for more details. Most certified staff is paid monthly (12 payrolls in a year).

Classified Employee Benefits:
• Full-time employees receive a district contribution towards several medical insurance plan options

• A stipend of $170 will be given to individuals who work in our Title I buildings: Cooper Elementary, Oaklawn Elementary and Pleasantview Elementary.
• Less than full-time employees will receive a pro-rated amount. Employees will only qualify for this stipend if they have completed a full year as of the end of school.
• See the Benefits Booklet available through the Payroll & Benefits website for more details. Classified staff is paid bi-weekly with 26 payrolls for 12-month staff, 24-22 payrolls for 11 to 10-month staff, and 21 payrolls for 9-month staff (such as paraprofessionals).
